Neo Motaung matriculated in 2011 and was at the time classically trained under the Royal School of Music with voice as her instrument. She also obtained her artistic skills by participating in her school’s musicals. She then continued her studies at the University of Pretoria where she obtained a BA degree in Drama as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education specialising in Drama teaching. Throughout her study duration she had an opportunity to improve her performance in music and acting by participating in the following: The Huis Erika Residence Serenade Choir which was throughout the four years of stay at UP; University productions such as: Gogola water conservation- in partnership with Anglo Gold, Rape no more campaign South Africa and Night of the Poets - State Theatre in 2013 as well as Honours Musical (University of Pretoria )- Benjamin Walt, Evil Unseen-Mona Monyane, Pledge a Pad Campaign- University of Pretoria and Stanley washed Away- Bailey Snyman in 2014. She also participated in the Universities cultural ensemble called Ovuwa where they performed at alot of the Universities cultural events such as Africa day. Neo Motaung is very passionate about what she does, which is singing, acting and teaching and is looking forward to expanding her artistic skills under the guidance of Talent ETC.
