Adri studied Musical Theatre at TUT and was part of many productions, including the Pantomime “Sleeping Beauty” at the Civic Theatre; “Blondes”; “Born in the RSA” and “Movin & Shakin” at the Performer Theatre in PTA; “Those were the days” at Barnyard Theatre in Durban and shared the stage with the late Bill Flynn in the musical “A Funny thing Happened on the way to the Forum”. She also travelled all over SA with a band Khakibos, where she played drums and performed as Lead Singer. Adri can be seen in the Leon Schuster Movie “Oh Schucks I’m Gatvol” as well as Amalia 1 & 2 on M-Net, as well as the Silwerskerm Short Film “Prinses”. Other TV shows: “Egoli”, “ Jozi H”, “Kalahari Oasis”, “Scandal” and Binnelanders. After that she choreographed and Directed: “Afrikaans@2038”; “The Wedding”; “Miss Rock”, “Dance some More” at the Performer Theatre in PTA, and “Opgehoop” and “Stationer” at The Mosaiek Teatro. She has choreographed many Barnyard Productions and worked as Creative Show and production Manager for Barnyard Theatres. She recently toured as a singer/dancer for a year with the Barnyard Production ”Girls Wanna Rock!!” After that she worked as Creative manager for the 3500 seater theatre, Mosaiek Teatro, where she directed and conceptualized many productions. In 2013 she made a move to TV as senior production manager for Dagbreek, the morning program on kykNET and currently working as Project manager for Idea Candy, for kykNET Silwerskermfees & Fiëstas.
