Gaelan is a bright, outgoing and friendly young man who loves drama, acting and performing on stage. He is a top academic student, plays the piano and also does fencing for which he has received his Gauteng colours. Gaelan has been a student of the Robyn Glen Drama Academy for the past six years and a student of the East Rand Music and Drama School for three years. He received an Honours certificate for his GrS Trinity drama exam. He has recently joined the Live Arts Little Theatre. Gaelan has entered and been the overall winner in the Benoni Eisteddfod for the past seven years. He received Prestige certificates and trophies in all the following sections: Prepared and unprepared speeches, Unprepared Reading, Prescribed poetry, Own Choice poetry, Prose, Dramatised prose, Dramatised poetry, Monologue and Duologue. He also entered and was the overall winner in the Regional section of the Talent Africa Competition and is currently preparing for the Talent Africa National competition in April. Gaelan participates in all productions presented by his schools as well as his drama schools and always takes on one of the lead rolls. He is dedicated, committed and diligent in his work and will never let his team down.
