Dale graduated from the Campus of Performing Arts in 2010 with a higher diploma in music performance and music production. He then joined - International production company - Showtime Australia, for whom he would work as a keyboardist, saxophonist, vocalist and musical director for 3 years. Dale was involved in 7 Showtime productions; performing in hundreds of shows; in as many as 8 different countries. This includes current touring shows, Michael Jackson History II and The Greatest Love of All. In 2014, Dale ventured into musical theatre as an actor/singer/dancer. He has since been cast in the musicals, Daughters of the King, Freckleface Strawberry, Heidie, and Janice Honeyman's infamous Pantomime's - Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, and Robin Hood. Dale has also worked as the musical director and sound designer on Under The Baobab Tree, Khokho's Treasure, Library Lion, Pippi Longstocking and Pippi Langkous. Dale continues to work as a performing musician, musical director and arranger for numerous artists, theatre's, production companies, and choirs across South Africa.
Some highlights include: being chosen by world renowned jazz pianist, Abdullah Ibrahim, to play in his Youth Orchestra; Co- writing the musical, Penelope Pixie's Birthday Adventure, which was nominated for a Durban Theatre Award; And performing as an opening act for Grammy nominee, Brian Mcknight.
