Kefilwe Mohlabane is a South African film and theatre actor, graduated from General Smuts High school (2008) and obtained his training from Tshwane University of Technology. He has been acting since the age of 7. His first big break came in 2012 when he was casted as flotsom/grimsby in the "little Mermaid" (2012), King Herbert in sleeping beauty (2013) and in 2013 travelled to the United States of America for six months making his debut on Broadway at the Beacons Theatre in New York City "Movement within" directed by Avery Brooks. Early 2014 he was casted in "Hooked on books" a pre-primary and primary school roadshow, encouraging reading and writing and most recently he was part of the Fanta campaign roadshow. He is currently working on a lead role with Avery Brooks on a musical production called "The woman in black", where he will portray CURTIS MEMPHIS, son of DEENA MEMPHIS, starting its leg in PACHA Ibiza theatre-Dubai. In April 2016 he will move to the US to further his career. Kefilwe is involved with many charities, namely; Itereleng School for children and adults with special needs, Take a child to school. He likes to swim, play tennis, squash, paint balling, travelling, reading, singing, dancing and acting. Kefilwe regards himself as a spiritual person, with one of his famous quotes: "IF YOU CAN SEE IT, YOU CAN BE IT"
