As a child, Greg appeared in numerous commercials including Pronutro, BMW, Edgars and Jet and appeared in high school theatre productions including Joseph & the Technicolor dream coat and Les Miserables. After matriculating from King David Victory Park in 1995, Greg studied marketing & finance and graduated in 1999 with a Bcom (hons) from UNISA. He then lived in London for 2 years where he worked in finance and traveled through Europe. Whilst living in London, he was cast in Amanda Redman’s (Sexy beast) production of “From the Heart”, and after performing in various theatre productions he realized his heart was still in acting and being in the limelight and made his way to Los Angeles with only $500, where he spent the next 13 years. Whilst living in LA, Greg studied film & TV acting with renowned celebrity coach Brian Reise for 8 years. With patience, passion and persistence, he landed roles in TV shows: The young and the restless, the bold and the beautiful, Entourage, Parks & Recreation as well as Clint Eastwood directed Jersey Boys. He is also a member of the SAG-AFTRA union. After returning to South Africa, Greg was cast as the lead in international film director Jurgen Alan’s upcoming feature film Chicken Hollywood which is still in pre-production, and can currently be seen in TV commercials for Dimension Data/Microsoft, Wahl hair clippers and Persil DIG Solar. When he’s not in front of the camera, Greg enjoys mountain bike riding, still photography and volunteering for various non-profit organisations.
